I see it everywhere.

I see it all the time.

I wondered about its meaning for a long time.

Did it signify something about life?

Was in a secret message?

A call for action?

A Google search said it was a message from the angels.

My mother suggested I stare at my phone for too long.

I wondered if seeing 11:11 was a simple result of having more and more access to digital clocks.

Then I found the answer I was looking for.  I was in San Marcos la Laguna, in Guatemala, a remote village on the borders of Lake Atitlan.

I said to Mark Elmy, founder of The Flower House:“I see 11:11 all the time. What do you think it means?”  He looked at me and said :” It means you are on the right path“. That was the perfect answer. It’s serendipitous of course.

Every time I see 11:11  I make a wish. Something small. In reality,11:11 is not about  the wish.  It’s not even about those ones lined up so beautifully together. It’s about  stepping out of your routine and thinking about something greater than yourself and celebrating the randomness of that moment.

Here’s my personal collection of 11:11 moments.
